Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL
All orders are accepted subject to the following conditions, which cannot be varied except specifically in writing by Quality Chemical Company.

2. TITLE
Property and the goods delivered to the customer shall remain vested in the company until such time as the customer has paid in full the purchase price.
The customer is responsibility for the safekeeping of the company's goods whilst in their possession.

3. VAT
VAT is charged at 15.5% for all orders including delivery. Prices displayed though out the shop are excluding VAT. This will be added to your shopping cart automatically at time of checkout.

4. RETURNS
All goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a full refund, less carriage costs. If you have ordered the incorrect product, it will be at your expense to return these goods again within 7 working days .They will need to be in a resalable condition in the same packaging otherwise you will be charged for these items. If the goods are damaged or defective in any way these will be replaced free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. METHODS OF PAYMENT & SECURITY
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure server with HSBC e-payments. The award winning provider for Best security/Antifraud development 2007. Quality Chemical Company does not have access to your card details when making a purchase through this website nor does it save any information. Each time you enter your credit card details, this information is only used once for the purpose of that transaction.

6. PRIVACY STATEMENT
When using this site you may be asked for personal information. This information will be used solely for our own use to help provide you with a better service. It will not be used, passed on, sold or rented to any other third party for marketing or any other purposes. You may from time to time receive an email regarding promotions or special offers we have. If you do not wish to receive these emails there is an unsubscribe option.

7. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If for some reason this is not the case please contact us on receipt of your order and we will make every effect to put this right.

8. CONDITION OF SALE
The act of placing an order with Quality Chemical Company implies that you have read and fully accept our terms and conditions. English law shall govern these conditions and contracts based thereon.

9. LIABILITY
Please test the suitability of your product before use on a small area or test piece as we can not accept any responsibility for loss or damage caused by the misuse or non suitability of a particular product if it is not intended for that purpose. Data sheets are available upon request Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy in our Terms and Conditions. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Delivery Information

Parcels - Your order will be delivered by our preferred courier right to you door on a 1-2 day service. FREE delivery on all orders over £ 100.00 including VAT @15%. Deliveries to Ireland are charged at an additional £15 + Vat.

Pallets - All pallet quantities will be delivered free via our preferred Transport company.

Please allow 2-3 working days for this service.

If you do not have a forklift available to unload goods please request for a tail-lift.

Please note that all deliveries will be made between 8am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery.

Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. If you require the goods to be delivered to your workplace please inform us at time of ordering.

In the event the customer not being in when the delivery is attempted a card will be left detailing how to re-arrange delivery at a later date.

After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to us by the courier.

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they have been delivered.

Damages or shortages must be notified within 3 working days. No claims will be entertained after this period.
